2026 SHS Craft Fair - Vendor Application

Salem High School Craft Fair Vendor Application December 6th, 2026

The Salem High School Craft Fair will be on Sunday, December 6th from 10am to 3pm. If you would like to reserve a spot for this event, please fill out this form. Please leave a detailed description of your products as we would like to limit the number of businesses selling the same products. Only 1 Direct Sales vendor per company will be accepted.

Spaces will be approximately 10' X 10' and an 8' table and a chair will be provided.

Prices for the tables are below:

Standard table and chair: $50 fee and donation of an item to be raffled

Table on a corner (an L shape): additional $20

Table next to an outlet: additional $20

Your spot at the fair is NOT secured until you have filled out this application, we have received your payment, and have sent you a confirmation email that your spot has been secured.
